Gabriela Medina_Tutorial

For my Tutorial,  I looked through the revolve tool again because I wasn´t very sure about how to use it properly in order to speed up my work. I think it is interesting how you can do a drawing and then revolve it to create a 3D shape. Also, I learned how there are different ways of revolving a 2d dawning to make the most accurate version of it as 3D.

In addition, I explored kinetic modeling (which is basically how to model objects that move). I found a very interesting tutorial exploring different ways of building them, either through female and masculine parts or with an offset of inner space. I share the links below.

I followed the instructions and the scales came out upside down. so I have an inside out snake.

I tried using the flip command but it didn't change anything.

I became much better acquainted with several commands including:
Loft
Array
Curve Network
Bend
UV curves

T- Splines are a really cool addition that can be used with Rhino. It's a really good way to get a model made from just an orthographic sketch, as seen in the video here.  Unfortunately this is not on SCAD computers so I wasn't able to try it myself. I have downloaded the trial version of Autodesk Fusion 360 that uses splines to create all of its objects, so check that out if you're interested.
